Maori Language Moment

14th of September is a special day.... in 1971 , 30,00 signatures were delivered to Parliament s safeguard the Maori language.

Here are three reasons on why i think it needed to be protected.

- They that had  to do it so the word Maori would've been gone forever

-  People weren't valuing  the Maori language.

- So it can be remember in the future.
